1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by the London Centre for Risk & Sustainability (LCRS).

By accessing our website, engaging with our services, or participating in initiatives such as the Sustainability Leadership League (SLL), you agree to these Terms.

LCRS is an independent platform focused on:

LCRS may provide:

  4. Benchmarking and maturity assessments (including SLL) 
  5. Events, forums, and roundtable discussions 

Important:

Unless explicitly stated, LCRS does not provide:

  1. Legal advice 
  2. Financial advice 
  3. Regulatory certification or accreditation 

4. Sustainability Leadership League (SLL)

Participation in SLL:

  1.  Is based on self-assessment and/or reviewed information 
  2. Reflects organisational maturity and capability 
  3. Is not a certification, accreditation, or ranking system 

LCRS does not guarantee:

  1. Award status 
  2. Ranking position 
  3. Public recognition 

Any recognition provided:

  1. Is based on maturity levels 
  2. Is non-competitive 
  3. Reflects capability, not performance comparison 

Outcomes are based on information provided and do not constitute an independent audit or verification unless explicitly agreed.

5. User Responsibilities

By engaging with LCRS, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and complete information 
  2. Ensure you have authority to share organisational data 
  3. Use LCRS outputs responsibly and appropriately 
  4. Not misuse, copy, or distribute materials without permission 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, tools, and materials provided by LCRS remain the intellectual property of LCRS, including:

  1. SLL framework and methodology 
  2. Reports and insights 
  3. Training and research materials 

You may:

  1. Use outputs internally 
  2. Reference LCRS insights with appropriate attribution 

You may not:

  1. Reproduce, distribute, or resell materials without written consent

7. Confidentiality

LCRS will treat all client and participant information as confidential.We may disclose information only:

  1. With your consent 
  2. Where required by law 
  3. In anonymised or aggregated form for research and benchmarking

  2. Withdraw SLL participation
