- Is not a certification, accreditation, or ranking system
LCRS does not guarantee:
- Award status
- Ranking position
- Public recognition
Any recognition provided:
- Is based on maturity levels
- Is non-competitive
- Reflects capability, not performance comparison
Outcomes are based on information provided and do not constitute an independent audit or verification unless explicitly agreed.
5. User Responsibilities
By engaging with LCRS, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Ensure you have authority to share organisational data
- Use LCRS outputs responsibly and appropriately
- Not misuse, copy, or distribute materials without permission
6. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, tools, and materials provided by LCRS remain the intellectual property of LCRS, including:
- SLL framework and methodology
- Reports and insights
- Training and research materials
